PITM Placement Cell acts as an interface between the students and the industry. The cell invites companies to come to the campus for recruitment, sends students to different companies for interviews, conducts training sessions and provides proper counseling to the students.

What does the industry want?

PITM offers career counseling to all the students to help them understand themselves, identifying a career where they would be best suited. The programme also identifies the steps to be taken by the students to excel in their chosen fields. The objectives of the career counseling programme are:-

• Enhancing the overall performance of the individual, not just the academics.
• Honing the skills of students in making the right choices in their professional careers.
